ABOUT SESSIONS

CAN I BRING MY OWN CAMERA OR USE MY CELLPHONE TO TAKE PICTURES DURING THE PHOTO SHOOTING?

Taking photos during the photo shooting is not allowed.

I can understand that we are living in the age of technologies, and everybody have a phone in their pocket

but you’ve contracted me to do it so relax and enjoy the session time!

WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?

Photography, for me, is to capture exactly who you are, your essence.

I look for natural moments, so instead of posing, I guide you through games and concrete actions
to organically reach the image I am looking for.
That's why I like to meet you before the session, because that way I get to personalize your experience.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU NEED TO BOOK THE SESSIONS?

Of course, the sooner you book, the better!
To guarantee your session with the care and dedication it deserves to be a unique experience,

you should book at least 2 weeks in advance.

In case of reservations for First Hours or Newborn sessions,
the most important thing is to book your session asap while you are pregnant.
If you are really interested in my experience with newborns, don't wait until after your baby is born.

I´d need to know the estimated due date and then, when your baby is born, you should contact me asap

to set a specific time for the session of the first hours at the hospital or a specific date for newborn sesions.

In case of reservations for Pregnancy sessions, the sooner the better, but please consider booking it before week 24.

HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?

Here you have a timeline for a session:
PRE-SESSION MEETING:
(2 weeks before the session)
Time to get to know each other, outline the session, reserve a date and answer any questions.
DESIGN:
Next two weeks we will create a communication channel to finalize the details

and I will create the structure of the session (images, games, activities...)
THE SESSION:
My sessions do not have a maximum or minimum time... although it is true that they usually last around two hours,

the time of the session will always depend on how you feel.
PRIVATE GALLERY:
2-3 days after the session, your private gallery will be available until you choose your favorite images.

You can only access this gallery through a personal link that I will provide you.

Gallery images have my translucent logo to protect your copyright

and prevent unauthorized use of my photographs.
EDITING TIME:
For 2-3 weeks I will edit and prepare your files.
In order to be sustainable, you will receive the files directly in your email

so that you can print them in your trusted place, in the supports and formats that you need,

in this way we take care of the planet and you do not pay for things or formats that you do not need.

CAN WE SCHEDULE OUR PHOTO SESSION FOR THE WEEKEND?

Of course!!

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

It depends on how adventurous you are!

But if you prefer, we can always reschedule your photo session.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RESCHEDULING?

Life is unpredictable and I understand, value and accept the unexpected.
So… if something unavoidable comes up, we can reschedule your session.
Every effort will be made to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible, but the new date will be subject to availability.
IMPORTANT: Remember that we can reschedule, but session fees are non-refundable.

We will have one year from the date of the first reservation to reschedule the session.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE INCLUDED IN A FAMILY SESSION?

At this point, most of my sessions include members of the same immediate family only (ie. parents, plus children, plus pets).

I HAVE SPECIFIC POSES IN MIND….

Of course! I am more than open to listen to you and try it if it is feasible!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Clothes are one of the important elements in your photo session.

Colors, textures and accessories will add personality to your photo session.

Don't worry! I will advise you in this search process with styles, combinations and color palettes

until you find what is most in tune with you and positively supports the images of the session.

I can provide clothes and accessories for pregnancy, newborn and cake smash sessions.

DO YOU PROVIDE VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES?

No, sorry.

DO YOU COVER EVENTS?

Usually not.

ABOUT POST PRODUCTION

DO YOU TOUCH UP ALL THE SELECTED IMAGES ?

Yes. Every image I submit is edited with my style.

This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing,

clarity adjustments and tone mapping, and basic skin retouching.

IMAGE DOWNLOAD AND LEGAL

DO YOU UPLOAD TO THE GALLERY EVERY IMAGE YOU SHOOT?

No, I do not do it.
I remove duplicate images, test shots, lost focus shots,
shots with bad expressions and other images that can dilute the overall delivery of the product.
I only deliver the best.

WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE TO THE DIGITAL PRINTS?

You have the right to reprint the images as many times as you wish only for your personal (not for commercial purposes).
The same in the case of online use, you are totally free to use it and I appreciate being named or tagged.
The images are the product of my artistic and creative self, so the photographer is the one who owns
copyright and therefore ownership of the "images".

DO YOU PROVIDE THE RAW FILES FROM MY SESSION?

I do not provide RAW files of my shots.
I always deliver the edited images with my personal retouching style.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY IMAGES?

Your files will remain on my hard drive for 2 years,
but there is a charge of 50€ for additional resubmissions after the event has been archived.
So I always suggest you make at least one copy of the download when you receive it.

HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?

In the pre-session meeting, I will present you my rates in detail.

HOW DO I BOOK MY DATE?

A date becomes reserved upon payment of the session fee.

WHAT IS THE SESSION FEE?

The session fee is a cost that is charged for the reservation and blocking of a date

for the enjoyment of the service (in this case, the photo session).

IF I CANCEL, WILL I REFUND THE SESSION FEE?

The session fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.

DO YOU DO SESSIONS OUTSIDE NAVARRE?

Of course!
Although keep in mind that they will have an extra cost for transportation, meals and accommodation if necessary.

DO YOU OFFER ANY PACKAGE OR DISCOUNT?

Yes! Of course!!
